Basement Renovations and Remodeling

Framing

We fame our walls on 16 inch centers and use wood 2x4's. In the picture above the foundation was wrapped in insulation so we framed the walls at the front of the insulation to allow for maximum R value. We frame our bulk heads with steel framing to ensure they are as straight, level and plumb as possible. When renovation or remodeling your basement we will work with you to make your new basement as unique as you are.

Custom Renovation and Remodeling Finishes

In the picture above we finished custom stairs with stained treads and white risers. When installing your sub-floor we construct is ourselves. It works the same as "Dry Core" and other brand name products do but will cost you half as much! When we apply compound to gypsum board (drywall) all of our joints are three coated with Dust Control compound to help cleanliness.
