Practices that are important when building a deck; The use of Blueskin a Self-Adhesive Rain & Ice Barrier that protects the lumber from excessive moisture build up that will become trapped between two pieces of wood. When building with pressure treated lumber the zinc in the galvanized brackets will react with the pressure treated lumber which can lead to premature rot of your lumber and your deck, Blueskin can help prevent this.

Renovations and Remodeling

We frame your walls to allow water and moisture to escape along the wall and at the bottom. We use only pine 2x4's when framing.We use higher R value insulation to increase energy efficiency and warmth in your home.
